Council paved the way Monday evening for about three miles of road improvements near the Goodyear world headquarters project. Seiberling Way and Eagle Street will be graded and repaved and sidewalks, driveway approaches, sewers, water mains and lights will be replaced. The improvements are part of a $42 million roadway improvement project around the Goodyear campus. Most of the costs are being covered by federal and state funds.
