Three conditional zoning requests considered by Council Monday evening resulted in one approval and two rejections. Requests to establish a group home for the elderly at 327 South Miller Road and a child day care at 76 East Cuyahoga Falls Avenue were both rejected because the petitioners wanted to serve more customers than the Planning Committee and city planning department found reasonable for the properties. Planning Committee Chair Jeff Fusco said the committee also did not feel that the proposed uses would have been harmonious with the neighborhoods. Council approved a request to establish a laundromat at 804 Copley Rd.
