Akron company reinvests in Akron

Tlc Lawn Maintenance is relocating from its home on Hickory Street to make way for the Ohio Canal Interceptor Tunnel Project. But, rather than leave town, owner Mitch Thomas asked City Council to approve conditional use zoning that will allow him to move his business to an abandoned building at 577 West Exchange Street. Thomas said he plans to construct an additional 40’ x 55’ office and equipment storage facility on the property and to hire additional employees for his business. Tlc Lawn Maintenance is a full service lawn care and landscaping company.
