It's only in the experimental stage, but City Council meetings may soon be coming to Vimeo on a regular basis.
Following is a recording of the May 2 Council meeting. Don't look for great production quality! It's just one camera locked down, but it allows you to see and hear Council making its legislative decisions.

The public is invited to speak to Council at the end of every meeting. Speaking is limited to 3 minutes per citizen and to matters within Council's authority. Public hearings on proposed legislation will continue to be held during the regular Council meeting at 7 p.m.
